We get it — both the new 2024 Kia EV6 and Niro EV have plenty of benefits, so it may be hard to pick one! While we love both models, keep in mind that the Kia EV6 is slightly more expensive than the Kia Niro EV. There’s only a $3,000 difference,1 so refer to your budget to see if the difference in price will matter significantly. There’s also a slight difference in the best EPA-estimated all-electric driving range — the Kia EV6 boasts 310 miles while the Kia Niro EV promises 253 miles.2 Plus, the Kia EV6 comes with a 522.7-volt battery, but you can always equip it with a 697-volt battery instead! The Kia Niro EV still packs a punch with a standard 358-volt battery across all its trims. However, if you’re looking for the model with the most power and range, we would recommend the Kia EV6. Do you require more space for your groceries, luggage or other necessities? The Kia Niro EV is the way to go since it offers a maximum of 63.7 cubic feet of cargo space. Either way, your passengers will enjoy the roomy interior that has a maximum seating capacity of five.

There’s really no wrong answer — both electrified Kia models are very impressive. Not only that, but safety is abundant, thanks to the Kia Drive Wise technologies. In addition, you’ll have peace of mind through the industry-leading Kia Warranty Program that lasts for 10 years or 100,000 miles (whichever comes first).4 Still need help deciding?
