Brought my vehicle in at the recommendation of a family member, service was whats to be expected, the dealership did not have my parts and wouldnāt be able to complete repairs that day. They did not have a loaner for me but offered a rental vehicle. At checkout I realized I actually paid for the rental which I thought was odd because I was not told I would be charged for it. A little over 3K in repairs and the dealership couldnāt spring for the $42 rental. After getting my vehicle back no one explained to me that one ...

Ronnie went above and beyond right from the start making sure someone helped me right away. He also checked on me halfway through to see if I needed water or anything. The receptionist, the sales person, the manager and the finance person were all exceptionally helpful from the start to the point where we had a new car. We felt that they really wanted us to be confident and happy in the car we chose. Everything was explained clearly and we never felt pressured. All details were professionally and courtesly handled. From the moment I stepped on the dealership I was treated with respect and kindness. No one tried to hard sell me at anytime. I test drove several cars and I'm glad I did.
