Both Joey and Ryan genuinely seemed to care. My only regret was not going here on Friday!

The staff was honest and straight forward. They went to the extent to help us get to our comfort for the purchase. Very appreciated and more to the team. Arthur and Benjamin did great.

Super happy with our experience, we dealt with Joey Pellegrino and he made the whole process super smooth, highly reccomend if looking for a kia to call ahead and ask for Joey.

I want do a huge shout out to Ryan the Finance Manager for spending so much time working on getting an approval for Kia Carnival which is for my company. Thank you to my Sales Associate Davonte and also to Thank my Service Advisor again for battling carshield for two months and never giving up to get them to pay for repairs to my older Kia.I am a huge fan of this dealership and everyone that made my life better through all these transitions.

We purchased 2 vehicles from here in July 2025. However, the finance department didn't collect all of the paperwork prior to closing out the deal. They reached out to us the following week and advised that they forgot to collect the documents. Therefore, I had to take time out from work to travel down to Bradenton to bring in the documents. Additionally, both the vehicles that we purchased hadn't been prepared for sale. Overall, the vehicles were new. However, they should have been washed, vacuumed and had the plastic removed. Additionally, no one showed us the vehicles features at the time of purchase. Our frustration with this, is the Gettel Dealership forces a purchase of the Gettle Care Package. We advised we didn't want that. However, removing it wasn't an option.

My wife recently purchased a pre-owned Volvo from Andrei. He was very patient, professional, and personable. There were a couple of issues at the end of the process which Andrei quickly addressed and resolved. We appreciate the quality and service at Gettel Kia of Bradenton and would not hesitate to return or recommend them.

The things I did know before getting there is that they’ve taken care of my wife three times. She’s been happy and if my wife is happy then by extension I am too. She’s trusted them and I trust her. So I gave them a shot. I knew what I wanted going in and when I walked through the door I was immediately greeted and welcomed. But it wasn’t in an aggressive manner. It was more of a welcome and good to see you. So it helped me relax and let the process begin to find my next car. Which is a big deal to me. Next I was introduced to my sales rep Jose. Super nice young man. He’s got a desire to learn , be better at his craft, and help people get their needs met. He did a great job and helped me feel even more at home. Finance helped me get through the last leg of the process which went pretty smoothly as well. He was honest and a straight shooter and showed that he was passionate about his place in the partnership I was forming there. The entire visit went way better than I expected and I would highly recommend this dealership to help you with your next car buying experience!

Andrei was amazing throughout the entire car-buying process. We had absolutely no issues with him — he was professional, helpful, and easy to work with from start to finish. Unfortunately, the vehicle we originally purchased stopped working almost immediately after leaving the dealership and didn’t even make it two miles down the road. We brought it back, and thankfully the dealership worked with us to exchange it for a better vehicle. One word of caution: if you’re completing your final paperwork with Finance Manager Gabriel Sanchez, make sure you carefully review everything before signing. We were given information regarding the warranty pricing that later turned out not to match what was actually on the paperwork, which was very frustrating.We were told the bumper-to-bumper warranty would be reduced to $10. However, when we completed the paperwork for the vehicle exchange, we found out the warranty was still being charged at full price, and the only thing changed was the GAP insurance — reduced from $18 to $10. We had no issue paying for GAP coverage, so the situation was confusing and upsetting. When we brought up the concern, instead of taking accountability or helping clarify things, Gabriel said we were liars. we felt dismissed and It left us questioning the honesty and transparency of that part of the process. That being said, General Manager Kevin Allen stepped in, listened to our concerns, and made everything right. He made sure we were taken care of and turned the experience around. Because of his help, we are very happy with our new car and truly appreciate the effort made to resolve the situation. Overall, Andrei and Kevin deserve recognition for their customer service, but we strongly recommend carefully reviewing all finance paperwork before signing.

Without going into too much detail, I experienced a serious issue with my vehicle and, based on past experiences with cars and dealerships, I was fully prepared for a long back-and-forth and the usual blame game. That did not happen. Kia took responsibility immediately, listened carefully, and offered several options to make things right. I was genuinely surprised — in the best possible way. In today’s customer service climate, I did not expect the process to be handled with such ease, integrity, and professionalism. I felt respected, heard, and taken care of throughout the entire experience. Because of that, I now feel completely at ease having them as my dealership for service, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I drove all the way down to Bradenton from Land O Lakes after having a bad experience with the Kia in Wesley Chapel. Danni and Davonte took amazing care of me and got me into not only a way better car that had less mileage than the one I was being offered in Wesley Chapel, but they gave me a much better customer experience as well. They ended up giving me a better car for a better deal overall than the one I was being offered in Wesley Chapel and the experience I had was just hands-down a lot better. They listen to my concerns. As well as my dealbreakers and took the time to find me a car that was way above my expectations. I do not regret walking out out of Kia of Wesley Chapel and driving the hour and a half to Bradenton. I was looking for a new vehicle and had test drove every mid size SUV with the Telluride being in my top 3. I had sent my husband out to make the choice hoping it would be the Telluride and thanks to Andre it was! My husband pulled into my driveway with the new 2027 Telluride and I am in love! The kids love it too. We are so thankful for Andre’s help. I messaged him back and forth for a couple days just asking him questions and I was nervous about using a new feature so I showed up to the lot so he could teach me how to use it. He’s been great. We worked with Arthur when recently purchasing our 2025 Kia Sportage. He was great to work with, patient, knowledgeable, and not high pressure. He answered all our questions thoroughly. I read some good reviews online and went in with high hopes and cash…but got hit with a thousand dollar “auto butler” charge on the final bill and typical double taking by the salesman….from “it’s part of the price” to “maybe we can negotiate “ to ”let me go talk to my manager”… I don't like playing games so I’ll take my business elsewhere…

Then yesterday I returned along with my wife and together we decided that we wanted to move forward with buying a Kia. From that point on, they accommodated everything that was important to us, making it impossible not to do business with them. I am glad I have found a place for our automotive needs going forward and looking forward to doing business in the future.

They gave my a price in writing ahead of time and honored it. More of a fair trade for my old Kia than other dealerships. Zach was very nice in sales, got back with me via text quickly. Also, I know a lot of dealerships give at least one free oil change when purchasing a new car, I feel that they should do that as well, but they do not.

No high pressure, Diavante wss an excellent dales person and gave me the impression he was more interested in my satisfaction than getting a sale. He made this devision easy. The dealership was friendly and totally comfortable. I have purchased many cars and must say this was a wonderful experience.
