We had a great experience here. Arthur was our sales rep and as stressful as buying a new car can be, he really got us excited to bring home our new car and it was refreshing to work with someone so friendly and laid back. We had issues getting our payment link to work but everyone worked hard as a team to get us where we needed to be. Patrick was incredibly helpful, and I have to give props to the man in the finance department for being so patient and level headed when I was losing my absolute mind after being there for 4 hours (which wasn’t their fault I might add) Overall we got the best price for the exact car that we wanted and we are so happy with our purchase.

My husband and father had a very disappointing experience at Gettel Kia.Before making the trip to the dealership, they were texting with a salesperson about a specific vehicle that was advertised and quoted at approximately $28,000. They even showed the dealership the quote they had received before arriving.Once they got there, they were suddenly told the price was about $3,000 higher. Instead of honoring the quoted price or taking responsibility, they repeatedly blamed their “system” for the discrepancy. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic to get customers into the dealership.When they expressed that they were unhappy with the situation and said they were leaving because they felt they had been misled, the general manager became confrontational. After they said they would be leaving a negative review based on their experience, he responded that all 40 of the dealership’s employees would leave negative reviews for our business in retaliation.Whether the price change was intentional or not, the lack of accountability, the confrontational attitude, and the threat of retaliatory reviews made for a very unprofessional experience. We understand that pricing errors can happen, but honesty, transparency, and respectful customer service should always come first. The manager Vincent needs to be put through some better customer service training and learn how to talk to people. Retaliation isn’t the way to go. It’s pretty pathetic.  Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this dealership.

Our Kia Rio was totaled went in and not only do they make you feel like family but we drove off in exactly what we wanted. They all worked with what we didn't have due to the accident and still drove home with what we wanted.Thank you to everyone there for making it possible I highly recommend any and every one to go check them out!!!

After having a horrible experience at Kia of Port Charlotte on Friday, I scheduled an appointment online to go in Sunday to meet with Joey Pellegrino. I was so apprehensive given what happened Friday as well as just not enjoying the whole car buying process in general (I'd had the same vehicle since 2013!). Joey was AMAZING! He made me feel comfortable, was extremely genuine and honest and made the whole process so easy. Ryan, the Finance Manager, was also AMAZING to work with. Both Joey and Ryan genuinely seemed to care. My only regret was not going here on Friday!

The staff was honest and straight forward. They went to the extent to help us get to our comfort for the purchase. Very appreciated and more to the team. Arthur and Benjamin did great.

Super happy with our experience, we dealt with Joey Pellegrino and he made the whole process super smooth, highly reccomend if looking for a kia to call ahead and ask for Joey.

We advised we didn't want that. However, removing it wasn't an option.

My wife recently purchased a pre-owned Volvo from Andrei. He was very patient, professional, and personable. There were a couple of issues at the end of the process which Andrei quickly addressed and resolved. We appreciate the quality and service at Gettel Kia of Bradenton and would not hesitate to return or recommend them.

Super nice young man. He’s got a desire to learn , be better at his craft, and help people get their needs met. He did a great job and helped me feel even more at home. Finance helped me get through the last leg of the process which went pretty smoothly as well. He was honest and a straight shooter and showed that he was passionate about his place in the partnership I was forming there. We brought it back, and thankfully the dealership worked with us to exchange it for a better vehicle. One word of caution: if you’re completing your final paperwork with Finance Manager Gabriel Sanchez, make sure you carefully review everything before signing. We were given information regarding the warranty pricing that later turned out not to match what was actually on the paperwork, which was very frustrating.We were told the bumper-to-bumper warranty would be reduced to $10. However, when we completed the paperwork for the vehicle exchange, we found out the warranty was still being charged at full price, and the only thing changed was the GAP insurance — reduced from $18 to $10. We had no issue paying for GAP coverage, so the situation was confusing and upsetting. When we brought up the concern, instead of taking accountability or helping clarify things, Gabriel said we were liars. we felt dismissed and It left us questioning the honesty and transparency of that part of the process. That being said, General Manager Kevin Allen stepped in, listened to our concerns, and made everything right. He made sure we were taken care of and turned the experience around. Because of his help, we are very happy with our new car and truly appreciate the effort made to resolve the situation. Overall, Andrei and Kevin deserve recognition for their customer service, but we strongly recommend carefully reviewing all finance paperwork before signing.

Without going into too much detail, I experienced a serious issue with my vehicle and, based on past experiences with cars and dealerships, I was fully prepared for a long back-and-forth and the usual blame game. That did not happen. Kia took responsibility immediately, listened carefully, and offered several options to make things right. I was genuinely surprised — in the best possible way. In today’s customer service climate, I did not expect the process to be handled with such ease, integrity, and professionalism. I felt respected, heard, and taken care of throughout the entire experience. Because of that, I now feel completely at ease having them as my dealership for service, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Although I dealt with several employees — all of whom were courteous and helpful — I want to especially thank Billy and Eli for their quick, attentive work, and Kevin for authorizing the resolution and following it through to the end. It made a difficult situation so much easier, and I truly appreciate it.

I had a great experience at Gettel Kia! We worked with a couple people but Davonte was one of them and he was great! Would definitely recommend this dealership.

I would recommend this dealership and team to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. I drove all the way down to Bradenton from Land O Lakes after having a bad experience with the Kia in Wesley Chapel. Danni and Davonte took amazing care of me and got me into not only a way better car that had less mileage than the one I was being offered in Wesley Chapel, but they gave me a much better customer experience as well. They ended up giving me a better car for a better deal overall than the one I was being offered in Wesley Chapel and the experience I had was just hands-down a lot better. They listen to my concerns. As well as my dealbreakers and took the time to find me a car that was way above my expectations. I do not regret walking out out of Kia of Wesley Chapel and driving the hour and a half to Bradenton. And I would without a doubt, do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you for taking such good care of me! If you’re both still there next time I shop for a car, I may have to come and see you! I was looking for a new vehicle and had test drove every mid size SUV with the Telluride being in my top 3. I had sent my husband out to make the choice hoping it would be the Telluride and thanks to Andre it was! My husband pulled into my driveway with the new 2027 Telluride and I am in love! The kids love it too. We are so thankful for Andre’s help. I messaged him back and forth for a couple days just asking him questions and I was nervous about using a new feature so I showed up to the lot so he could teach me how to use it. He’s been great. I really appreciate all his help and time spent on showing me how to work things in my new car and being patient, not pushy with me while I made my choice.

We had a great salesperson, Andrei, who had the support of his sales manager to do a deal. The customer service was exceptional and what should have been a sale for Sunset Kia was a $60K sale for Gettel Kia, who will now get our future business (this was our 3rd telluride). Customer service and a willingness to work and hear a customer still matters!! PS It was also refreshing that my wife was treated as an equal and not ignored as so often happens.

I had a great experience working with Arthur Mik. He was very knowledgeable, patient, honest and took the time to understand what we were looking for. Everything was smooth and stress free. I really appreciate his help and professionalism. Highly recommend
